Job Title: Director of Commercial Property Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Property Management to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring maximum financial returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily property operations, including safety, security, maintenance, and marketing for sale.
  • Ensure contractual property management obligations are met.
  • Develop and manage annual property inspections and budgets.
  • Analyze financials, operating variances, and ROI for purchase/sale decisions.
  • Administer leases, vacancy reports, and client compliance.
  • Coordinate with accounting for revenue collection and maintenance approvals.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage client relations.
  • Oversee aviation asset tracking and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years in commercial property management.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing industries.
  • Proven ability to manage large property portfolios and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, building systems, and regulations.
Nice to Haves:
  • Bachelor's in Real Estate or Property Management.
  • Paralegal or legal experience with contracts.
  • 3+ years managing multi-state/nationwide properties.
  • Leadership experience in capital projects and renovations.
