Role: Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper with Traditions Hospitality Group, you will be essential in maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and upkeep guest accommodations, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replace linens and towels as necessary, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
  • Empty waste receptacles and dispose of trash responsibly.
  • Restock room supplies and amenities, such as toiletries and coffee.
  • Inspect rooms for any damages or maintenance needs and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cleaning standards and guest confidentiality.
  • Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment organized and clean.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to cleaning protocols.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
  • Positive demeanor and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and readiness to wear a uniform.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry heavy items, such as linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents and odors.
  • Moderate physical exertion required.
