Salary:$67,238 - $76,348 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with a Registered Nurse to develop and implement care plans for residents. You will assess resident needs, provide individualized support, and ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania or an active temporary permit to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania. If you are within 60 days of graduating from a Licensed Practical Nursing program, you may also apply. You must be able to perform essential job functions and provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
