Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a Prompt Engineer, you'll design and develop prompts that guide AI models to produce desired outputs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and contextual appropriateness. You'll work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and integrate prompts into various applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop prompts that guide AI models to produce desired outputs.
- Conduct extensive testing of prompts to evaluate their performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and integrate prompts into various applications.
- Continuously monitor and optimize prompts to improve model performance, leveraging feedback and new research developments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt designs, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in NLP, machine learning, or a related area, with a strong understanding of AI model training and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in using AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ensuring the precision and accuracy of prompts and related outputs.
