Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our dental department
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain training manuals and materials
  • Facilitate classroom training and eLearning programs
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in dental front desk/medical registration required
  • Proven track record of developing learning strategies and related program components
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and experience facilitating classroom training
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
  • Certified CPR Instructor designation, preferred
  • Computer literacy and experience with EMR systems (Dentrix and Athena Health)
