Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel's high standards, including making beds, restocking toiletries, and ensuring all amenities are in working order.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document rooms cleaned and report any lost and found items, damage, or repairs needed.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Manage the laundry and linen needs of the hotel, including washing, drying, and folding linens, as well as restocking rooms with clean linens.
Requirements
  • Cleaning Techniques and Products: Possess a good understanding of cleaning techniques and products, including the use of chemicals and equipment.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
