Overview

University Radiology, a leading provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services, is seeking a skilled PACS Support Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the radiology department, this individual will provide technical support to radiologists, hospitals, and URG staff for applications, systems, and access issues.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve technical problems related to imaging data transfer from multiple hospitals and URG sites to the PACS.
  • Respond to requests from radiologists, hospitals, and URG staff via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Document and track problems using multiple systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve issues.
  • Enter exam orders in the RIS and oversee the transfer of imaging data from hospitals and URG sites to the PACS.
  • Communicate with and coordinate care among URG, hospitals, and radiologists in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with healthcare systems.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably cover shifts.
  • Maturity to handle stressful situations.
