About the Role

University Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Software Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to radiologists, hospitals, and URG staff for applications, systems, and access issues.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to imaging data transfer and PACS systems.
  • Respond to requests from radiologists, hospitals, and URG staff via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Document and track problems using multiple systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Enter exam orders in the RIS and oversee the transfer of imaging data from hospitals and URG sites to PACS.
  • Communicate with radiologists, hospitals, and URG staff to ensure timely and effective care.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with healthcare systems.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stressful situations.
  • Reliability and consistency in covering shifts.
