About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Raleigh/Cary. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hotel guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.
Responsibilities:
- Room Preparation: Clean and arrange hotel rooms to meet our hotel's high standards prior to guest arrival.
- Housekeeping Operations: Perform basic cleaning duties, including making beds, washing sheets, mopping, dusting, and ironing, as well as restocking supplies and maintaining common areas.
- Guest Services: Respond to general questions from guests during their stay and document rooms cleaned, reporting lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
- Cleaning Techniques: Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- Education: Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification.
- Soft Skills: Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.
