We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at the National Park Service. As a key member of our Project Management Division, you will be responsible for providing professional civil engineering advice and guidance on the operation and maintenance of existing and/or new structures and facilities.

• Develop and implement civil engineering projects, including design, construction, and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to contractors and project team members.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small to large-scale design and construction projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address cultural and natural resource compliance issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of specialized experience in civil engineering, including project development, design, and construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, concepts, and practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The work is typically performed in an office setting, but may also involve fieldwork, including walking, bending, and driving motor vehicles to worksites. The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
