- Coordinate with local Trout Unlimited chapters to align project, fundraising, and volunteer activities.
- Strengthen existing partnerships with landowners and nonprofit organizations in the upper North Platte Basin.
- Assist Trout Unlimited staff and volunteers in fundraising efforts, including identifying potential funding sources, drafting grant proposals, and fostering relationships with funders.
- Develop and implement educational curricula with the Wyoming Council of Trout Unlimited for local youth outreach programs.
- Oversee and monitor on-the-ground project activities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in outreach and volunteer engagement.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing complex projects, with a strong sense of motivation and self-direction.
- Familiarity with the region and its watersheds is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel; a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
- A genuine passion for trout and salmon and their habitats.
