Requirements:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist state license (where applicable).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with complex medical conditions and disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation skills.
