Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assembly tasks following established protocols and specifications, prioritizing precision and quality.
  • Employ a range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to assemble intricate aerospace components.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and customer expectations.
  • Identify and resolve assembly challenges, working closely with engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, consistently adhering to safety standards and best practices.
  • Document assembly procedures, noting any deviations or non-conformities encountered during the production process.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of assembly techniques and processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

  • Comply with stringent standards and regulations governing aerospace manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in aerospace or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in aerospace assembly or a related field, with a solid grasp of mechanical principles and assembly methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications proficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment typical in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional manual dexterity and the capacity to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all facets of assembly operations.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and work schedules as required in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
  • Overtime compensation available
