About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Center Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Enter customer application information into our claims management system, meeting both internal and external customer requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and/or our claims system, providing updates on claim status and required documentation.
  • Participate in and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the organization's quality program(s).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
