Job Summary

CitraPac, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical devices to identify potential issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical documentation.
  • Equipment Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate, disassemble, and assemble production equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts, and to perform repairs and modifications.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment is properly lubricated, cleaned, and maintained to meet quality standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a strong background in mechanical equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools, understanding of production procedures, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
