Position Overview:
- Shift: 4:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Electrical Testing equipment effectively
- Operate and understand production machinery
- Interpret Electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
- Adhere to codes such as NEC, UL508A, NFPA 7
- Implement safety protocols including Lock Out Tag Out, Arc Flash, and PPE
- Apply industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills
- Execute electrical calculations and mechanical mathematics
- Conduct PLC, Drive, and Motor preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Engage in Motion Training with Servo Drives and Motors
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Vocational School equivalent
- Technician-level experience in Electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Basic training in PLC and Drive systems preferred
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years in Industrial Maintenance, focusing on Electrical Systems and Controls
- Familiarity with plastic processing techniques
