Position Overview:

  • Shift: 4:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Electrical Testing equipment effectively
  • Operate and understand production machinery
  • Interpret Electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
  • Adhere to codes such as NEC, UL508A, NFPA 7
  • Implement safety protocols including Lock Out Tag Out, Arc Flash, and PPE
  • Apply industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills
  • Execute electrical calculations and mechanical mathematics
  • Conduct PLC, Drive, and Motor preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Engage in Motion Training with Servo Drives and Motors
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Vocational School equivalent
  • Technician-level experience in Electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
  • Basic training in PLC and Drive systems preferred

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Industrial Maintenance, focusing on Electrical Systems and Controls
  • Familiarity with plastic processing techniques
