Leasing Manager Opportunity at Peak Management LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Manager to join our team at Peak Management LLC. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, managing the leasing team, and promoting retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy
  • Oversee, direct, and mentor the leasing team to meet departmental goals
  • Practice Fair Housing Laws and monitor the leasing team to ensure compliance
  • Build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
