Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems and components.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs, with a focus on Allen Bradley and Kawasaki systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs and HMIs, particularly Allen Bradley and Kawasaki.
- Electrical Journeyman certification or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
