- Licensed Professional: Active nursing license and certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experienced: 1+ years as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in aesthetic procedures, with medspa experience.
- Marketing Savvy: Strong social media presence preferred, but not required.
- Established Clientele: An existing book of business is a plus, but not necessary.
- Proficient: Skilled in cosmetic injectables and other aesthetic treatments.
- Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Leader: Leadership experience in a medspa or as a team leader in aesthetics is a bonus, but not required.
