Job Summary:
The Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing orientation tours, explaining spa amenities, and addressing guests' questions. They maintain cleanliness standards throughout the locker rooms and common spaces, ensuring that spa essentials like towels, robes, and toiletries are consistently stocked and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Effective communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with guests and team members.
  • Restock areas as needed, monitoring inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Complete projects as assigned, including deep cleaning and other tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and carry out instructions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the front desk to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report maintenance concerns and work orders as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
  • Ability to pivot and navigate through change management.
  • Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting.
  • Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and verbal).
  • Ability to operate standard and industrial appliances.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • 6,500 square foot spa that is two stories. Ability to move between the two floors using the staircase consistently throughout one's shift is required.
  • Extensive amount of walking.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
