Job Title: Data Quality Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Administrator to join our team at TUV SUD America, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of inspection letters generated by field staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Account Service Instructions for each account to ensure letters meet ARISE standard requirements and client-specific instructions.
  • Work with inspectors, district managers, and account managers to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Process letters submitted by inspectors, review for content and grammar, and ensure all requirements are included.
  • Create and update templates for every account to ensure all Account Servicing Instructions are followed.
  • Email letters to locations and distribution lists following requirements in Account Servicing Instructions.
  • Follow up with district managers on missing letters weekly where inspections have been entered in Jurisdiction Online but no letter has been generated.
  • Update individual client templates as distribution lists change.
  • Work with Client Administrator to find new contacts for failed delivery notices.
  • Keep daily records of letters received and sent, and report information weekly to Team Lead, Client Services.
  • Monitor Rec Follow e-mail Inbox and forward emails to appropriate parties.
  • Follow the recommendation follow-up calendar and send follow-up letters for recommendations open longer than 90 days.
Requirements:
  • Ability to interface directly with internal and external clients via phone and email.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
