- Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and medications, applying your knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Master's degree or doctorate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
- A current license to practice nursing in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite.
- A minimum of one (1) year direct patient care experience as a CRNA within the last three (3) years, with a strong preference for VA experience.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in administering various anesthesia techniques and medications, with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
