As an Electrical Maintenance Technician at Poly-West, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep, installation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of both new and existing industrial machinery. This position involves recommending and implementing maintenance strategies while collaborating within a manufacturing maintenance team.

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in troubleshooting within a manufacturing setting.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, with a preference for those familiar with PLC systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

A genuine interest in professional development and growth within the organization.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and days.

Additional tasks and opportunities may be assigned by management as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:


Disassembling equipment to access and replace faulty components using various tools and safety measures.

Assessing the condition of parts to identify any defects.

Evaluating used components to determine necessary adjustments in specifications.

Modifying operational parts of machinery and control systems.

Comprehending ladder logic and process instrumentation diagrams to troubleshoot communication issues effectively.

Testing electrical and electronic systems for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.

Maintaining, repairing, installing, and testing motors, drives, PLCs, relays, heaters, and other electrical systems.
