Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage the health care needs of patients in ambulatory, inpatient, and specialized clinical settings.
- Perform physical examinations and therapeutic procedures, interpret routine laboratory and imaging results, and educate and counsel patients regarding matters pertaining to their physical and mental health.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Possession of a current license as a registered nurse in California.
- Possession of a current certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the Board of Registered Nurses.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
