Sapphire Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physician to lead our Central Emergency Department as a Medical Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to our patients and overseeing the daily operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in the emergency department
- Oversee the daily operations of the department, including staff management and resource allocation
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
- Specialist title in Internal Medicine, General Medicine, Anesthesiology, or Surgery
- Proven experience in emergency medicine and leadership roles
