Job Summary

The Nurse Resident will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work collaboratively with experienced nurses and medical providers to deliver exceptional care and promote patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by medical providers
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and report any changes or concerns
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
