Job Title: Clinical Engineering Equipment Specialist Sr

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Engineering Equipment Specialist Sr to join our team in Wilmington, DE.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and installation support on various mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic units. They will interact with customers on a daily basis and complete associated administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on high-risk critical medical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems components.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned to ensure effective planning, utilization, and required paperwork completion.
  • Develop and maintain effective, communicative relationships with customers and managers.
  • Maintain courteous, smart, and professional demeanor when working with customers, contractors, management, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Similar, plus related experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of five years of experience is an alternative qualification.
  • 5 years or more preferred of Steris equipment PM and Repair.
  • Radiology/Imaging experience required.
