Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, a leading provider of cancer care, seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee the clinical operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to ensure high-quality patient care and financial profitability.
- Oversee the clinical operations of multiple locations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Joint Practice Board to align clinical operations with organizational objectives.
- Lead staff retention and development programs to optimize staff performance and minimize turnover.
- Develop and manage budgets for the clinical department, ensuring operating costs are within budget parameters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, with an advanced degree in nursing, healthcare, or business field preferred.
- Minimum seven to ten years of direct clinical experience in an oncology practice or clinic setting.
- Minimum five to seven years of prior management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Oncology certification and healthcare quality improvement certification (e.g., CPHQ, Six Sigma) a plus.
Working Conditions:
The Director of Clinical Services will work in a traditional office environment, with a large percentage of time spent performing computer-based work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
