We're seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This position requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and improve processes for quality patient care and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement best practices for patient management
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize care outcomes
  • Provide education and training to colleagues on advanced practice procedures and protocols

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.
