Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Distributor Operator to join our team at Martin Marietta.

Responsibilities:

* Load, haul, and spray CSS-1H emulsion and liquid A/C on various paving and construction projects
* Assist with paving operations, including asphalt or base hauls, while operating a tandem or tractor-trailer combination or water truck
* Perform and document Pre and Post Trip Inspections
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

* Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement
* Self-starter and punctual
* Willing and able to work weekends and nights as required
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Familiar with all FMCSA rules and regulations in the operation of a CMV

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to lift 75 pounds
* Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling material
