Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Applied Behavior Center for Autism. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized ABA services to assigned patients
  • Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients
  • Collect and analyze ABA data
  • Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients
  • Collaborate with families and other providers
  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field
  • BCBA-D, BCBA, or BCaBA certification by the BACB
  • Quality technical skills and passion for quality services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized and flexible
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with electronic data collection software
