About the Role

Springs Dental is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for mentorship and clinical development. Our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

About Our Practice
  • We have been serving the community since 2015.
  • We have a team of 3 doctors and 4 hygienists, with 7 operatories.
  • Our schedule is Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm.
  • We have a 50% FFS / 50% PPO mix.
  • We have state-of-the-art office equipment, including a Medit Scanner, Cerec, Wave One, and Overjet.
  • We have an active patient base of 3,000, with 30 new patients per month.
Compensation and Benefits
  • We offer a strong minimum guarantee and a percentage of collections.
  • We provide a generous CE allowance.
  • We offer benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) eligibility.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in New York.
  • Completion of a residency program in general dentistry is preferred.
  • You must have at least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • You must be highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention.
  • You must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients.
