## Job Summary
Centers Health Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Floating Director of Nursing to join our corporate clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff.
## Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Oversee the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team
* Ensure adequate nursing staff and maintain current skills
* Oversee nursing employee conduct and ensure a positive work environment
* Stay informed about incidents at the facility and assess the health needs of each resident
## Requirements
* Current New York State RN license required
* Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
* Minimum 2 years of DON experience
* Evidence of strong supervision and leadership skills
