About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Recovery Unit team at Corewell Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients recovering from cardiac surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients recovering from cardiac surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with the cardiac surgery team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
  • 1+ year of inpatient RN experience, preferably in a critical care or cardiovascular setting
