Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Collateral Manager to join our team at AmTrust Financial Services. As a key member of our treasury operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day collateral operations, mitigating credit risk, and optimizing collateral positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor collateral positions to ensure optimal risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quarterly credit risk tests on various trusts and report on collateral positions to mitigate risks and confirm full collateralization.
  • Review and approve bank fees for Letters of Credit and collateral trust accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with state Treasurer offices to ensure compliance with statutory deposits and SCASP deposits.
  • Monitor and analyze cash levels in real estate operating accounts to confirm AIIL real estate loans are being covered.
  • Perform other treasury administration projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education required.
  • 3+ years of related experience in treasury operations, credit risk management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with superior problem-solving ability.
  • Strong familiarity with Clearwater and Treasury Management Systems.
