Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Braum's Assistant Director, you will play a critical role in leading our team to achieve these goals.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members, and actively participating in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong work ethic, a positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team, as well as the ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. You must also be able to adapt to customer and employee needs, communicate effectively with leadership team members, and follow up and follow through with discipline.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $58,500, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k retirement planning with company match, short-term disability insurance, paid vacations, product discounts, and more.
