Senior Security Sales Business Development Professional

Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction as a key player in Johnson Controls' security services team. As a Senior Security Sales Business Development Professional, you will leverage technical expertise and relationship-building skills to secure recurring revenue and expand the company's customer base.
About the Role:Reporting to a Security Sales Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert for video services and digital services. Working with a collaborative team environment and being dedicated to safety through Johnson Controls' Zero Harm policy are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with district sales leaders to manage sales metrics and implement strategies to increase attach rates and drive impactful activities
- Sell and upsell services and products to existing and new customers, targeting opportunities for resale and service penetration
- Utilize creative lead-generating techniques, including data mining and leveraging the PowerBI RIF Database, to identify prospects and add-on, amend, or convert existing customer systems
- Present sales presentations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the benefits and advantages of Johnson Controls' products and services
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up with prospects to ensure commitments are met
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior-level executives
- Ability to work a full-time schedule and be available for local travel
- College degree and/or technical degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT, or other technology sales industry
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and qualifications.
