Full-Time Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at Involve Financial. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, mentoring and training new team members, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers competitive compensation and the chance to make an impact in the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
