Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and courteous service to all guests, ensuring that all standards are met.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure follow-up is complete.
  • Assist in maintaining room inventory status to achieve optimal revenue levels while meeting guest expectations.
  • Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest arrivals and departures.
Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of guest service principles.
