We are seeking a skilled Alterations Specialist to join our team at View Cleaners in Irvine, CA, US.

• Perform alterations and pressing tasks to meet the highest standards of quality and service.
• Efficiently complete workload and promptly address customer needs to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Meet department and individual productivity targets by following established processes and procedures.
• Utilize store technology to manage and coordinate customer alteration requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with the Alterations & Store Team to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations through teamwork.
• Exhibit our core values in all interactions with customers and engage in clear and effective communication.
• Ensure punctuality for client appointments and maintain a tidy work area.
• Communicate efficiently with team members and work closely with the Alterations & Store Team to provide exceptional service.

• Previous experience in sewing and pressing garments is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and customers are required.
• Strong organizational abilities and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
• Ability to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing machinery, and alterations equipment.
• Flexibility in working hours based on business needs is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in alterations and custom sewing is a prerequisite.
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills are vital.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
