Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that HVAC systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
  • Installation and Alterations: Install, maintain, and repair various trade-specific equipment, including HVAC systems, energy management systems, and air compressors.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain all required records and documentation related to maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with regulatory requirements, including NEC, NFPA, AQMD, OSHA, and JCAHO standards.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Education and Certifications: Possess EPA Certification or have the ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to provide proof of work authorization.
