  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, realtors, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and support.
  • Assist with loan applications, scheduling appointments, quoting rates, and locking loans, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Coordinate weekly pipeline meetings with Loan Originators to track progress and ensure accurate file management.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan files, documents, and client interactions, utilizing our Encompass system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, products, guidelines, and mortgage lending laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Assist with day-to-day branch operations, including event coordination, promotional activities, and employee functions.

Requirements

  • A federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required; Waterstone Mortgage will assist with registration upon hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage and/or financial services industry preferred.
