Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and teachers regarding student progress
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Maryland SLP license
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
