Job Summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-12 school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development
  • Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and teachers regarding student progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Maryland SLP license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
