Accounting Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, processing, and transmitting customer invoices, as well as reviewing vendor information and submitting invoices for payment.
Responsibilities- Create and process customer invoices
- Review vendor information and route new vendors for approval
- Review vendor invoices and submit for payment
- Address questions from external customers and vendors
- Lend support to internal customers and teams regarding Accounting principles
- Assist with other projects and financial matters as needed
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Accounting or a related field
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes
- Competitive salary range: $21.00
