  • Financial Management: Manage the plant's budget and financial performance to achieve targets and optimize resources.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality compliance mandates.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and reliability of facility equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Employee Development: Build team capabilities through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication.
  • Change Management: Drive business changes while minimizing people impact and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational issues and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of prior work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with 5 years of prior work experience leading all operations in a manufacturing/production facility.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to achieve targets successfully in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, with effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, employee engagement, and team building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the CPG industry, preferably in the food or beverage sector.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, changing work environment, with Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
