Overview of the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physiatrist to join our team at Medrina. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist with experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity for a physiatrist who can provide rehab and pain consults in skilled nursing facilities, including trigger points and joint injections. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Physiatry
  • Valid medical license in the state of Washington
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, with focus on delivering exceptional outcomes
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines as needed
Salary and Benefits
