Job Description

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist to provide rehabilitation and pain management services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress to ensure effective care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and plan future care.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with the latest treatments and technologies.

Requirements

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Physiatry.
  • A valid medical license in the state of Washington.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to collaborative decision-making.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care that prioritizes individual needs and goals.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing circumstances.
