Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse II for our Circulating unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating transitions of care, and promoting an optimal patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, coordination of care, and evaluation of outcomes
- Coordinate transitions of care, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers
- Promote an optimal patient experience, incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors into care planning
- Develop, implement, and coordinate a plan of care that incorporates best practices and evidence-based guidelines

Requirements
- 2 years of recent relevant experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN-Registered Nurse licensure for the state where care is provided
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Department: SPA/PACU, 2 years RN with at least six months of prior experience in PACU, ED, or ICU in a multiple specialty acute care facility within the last two years
