- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance and systems.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including brakes, climate control, and electrical systems.
- Engage with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional services required and provide time estimates for repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is mandatory.
- Proficient in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
- Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with electronic diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
- A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and service procedures.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
