Job Title: Automotive Assistants & Service Managers

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Assistants and Service Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and exceeding customer expectations.

About the Position

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs. The Service Manager will assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services, requiring prior sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and managing the work of mechanics/technicians
  • Ordering parts and ensuring timely completion of jobs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Communicating safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
